Saved by the bell.

Embedded in the walls of Landmark Place is the rich academic history of one of Milford’s oldest school buildings, Middle School East. Originally known as St. Mary’s Central Catholic High School, this building served as the home to a premier learning experience effortlessly blending education with a robust religious curriculum. Throughout the years, the school housed popular plays, scholastic science fairs, and established a highly decorated athletic program. Those who were fortunate enough to attend Middle School East left as intellectually changed and socially stimulated individuals ready to conquer “the real world”. The extensive history of Middle School East serves as the groundwork for Landmark Place.

It is with great honor that a majority of the building has been intentionally salvaged and re-purposed in the construction of this project. Our hope is that the new batch of residents that enter through the front doors of the newly renovated building will experience the same joy and pleasure as those from it’s past. Landmark Place hopes to build on the respected history of the building and establish an inviting environment for new memories to be made.
